Maui Bengals stud makes the cover of The Bengal Bulletin!

We were thrilled to receive the spring 2005 issue of the TIBCS Bengal Bulletin and find our silver stud Koppiekatz Cowboy of Maui on the cover! This all-important issue of the Bulletin, the Studs & Promising Kittens Edition, featured our boy in its illustration of the "missing Bengal puzzle piece." You can see more of Cowboy on our Studs page.

First TICA cat show held in Hawaii

The first cat show featuring the Bengal breed was held in Oahu in January 2005. Maui Bengals along with the cat club The SouthWest Regional Rovers organized and hosted the first TICA (The International Cat Association) show ever to be held in Hawaii. The show featured the new cat agility course, iCat, along with standard TICA competition rings.

A few of our past queens and studs are not featured elsewhere on our website, having retired to lives of pampered pets. However, their legacy lives on in their offspring and we would like to recognize the valuable contribution they made to our breeding program.
